Hi there! I am Weidong, a second-year PhD student at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, advised by Prof. Xixin Wu and Prof. Helen Meng.
My primary research interests are in speech signal processing and mainly focus on:
- Speech Generation: Expressive Speech Synthesis and Conversational TTS.
- Speech Understanding: Speech Reasoning and Speech Foundation Model.
- Emotion: Speech Emotion Recognition and Multimodal Sentiment Analysis.
